Guadua 'Peruana'
A smaller variant of the Guadua angustifolia. The very beautiful dark green culms and wide white nodes makes this bamboo an excellent feature plant. Very nice and straight culms with high quality timber. The Peruana does not have any thorns.

Typical culm diameter: 5 to 7cm
Minimum temperature tolerance: -2°C
Climate: Prefers tropical or subtropical climates, but still tolerates some frost
Light conditions: Full sun
Growth habit: Upright, open clumping.
Growing conditions: Moist, well drained soil. Keep well mulched.
