Adonidia merrillii (Christmas Palm)
A showy, compact and highly ornamental palm that works beautifully in smaller tropical gardens. An easy care palm as it self-cleans, meaning the spent fronds just fall off by themselves.

It will bear clusters of fruits that turn red as it matures around Christmas time in the Northern hemisphere and thus its nickname is Christmas Palm.
The palm requires supplemental water as they establish, but once mature, these trees can withstand short periods of drought.
