Caladium bicolor 'Florida Calypso'
A perennial tuber grown for its colourful foliage. The elongated heart shaped leaves feature striking fuchsia veins and as it matures it develops white irregular blotches on its leaves. Will die down during the winter months.
Typical height: 40 to 60cm
Climate: Prefers tropical or subtropical climates, or warm protected positions in temperate climate.
Light conditions: Part shade / shade
Growth habit: Clumping
Growing conditions: Moist well drained soil, dryer in winter
Flowers: Summer
NOTE: Colouring of leaves will vary.
All parts of the plant are toxic, if chewed or swallowed.
